The views were stunning and the location was great. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, even waiting for us at the gate. The room was spacious, clean, and had air conditioning. The host spoke English and provided helpful information about train times for trips to Rome.
All was perfect.

The accommodation is a great base to visit Rome and has stunning views of the surrounding area. the hosts are welcoming and helpful, and some past visitors have been given a complimentary bottle of Champagne. the rooms are large and equipped with air conditioning, while some also have a large fridge. Breakfast is served in stages to prevent waste.
One visitor didn't like the state of the dirty toilet bowl.

Spent an amazing Xmas vacation in a cozy country house with lovely views. the breakfast served was delicious and the hosts were very friendly, providing us with helpful information about the nearby station for travel. the location was perfect, very peaceful with ample private parking. the room was well-equipped with air conditioning and a decent-sized fridge. Perfect for couples or families who want a relaxing break away from the city.
Although the room was clean, the property was a bit rundown, showing signs of wear and tear. the toilet was not properly sanitized and could benefit from some renovation.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape, with stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of Champagne and the helpfulness of the staff in guiding us to the property. Another positive aspect was the spacious room with air conditioning.
Our experience at the hotel was not very positive. The room was not clean and lacked the expected level of comfort for a romantic escape.
